Issue smart cards and use database marketing to identify, track, retain and
reward returning customers. ez-Pilot TMS enables companies to personalize reward
cards on-site (supermarket, restaurant, fuel station, ...) using an online
questionnaire. By storing customer information directly in the company database,
the reward card can be used immediately.
Corporate identity card systems.
ez-Pilot TMS complements your existing card system by enabling management
scenarios using an existing Intranet site as interface. ez-Pilot TMS can connect

ez-Pilot architecture
ez-Pilot TMS consists of two parts: the ez-Pilot Server and the ez-Pilot
Client.
- The ez-Pilot Server runs as a Service on Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.
It delivers the sophisticated parallel scheduling capabilities necessary to
simplify repetitive tasks and procedures associated with hardware token
infrastructures.
ez-Pilot Server comes with messaging and database (SQL, ODBC) functions that
allow for instant notification and integration with existing IT
infrastructure.
- The ez-Pilot Client performs the tasks configured on the ez-Pilot Server by
communicating with the locally installed smart card.
ez-Pilot Client is available as Windows application, command line utility,
Windows NT Service and ActiveX Control.
